Important presentation guidelines (please read carefully):

A. Oral / Free Paper (Key points)

  • Timing: 5 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A (total 7 minutes). Please strictly adhere to the time limit.
  • Slides: Up to 15 slides (16:9 landscape). Use PPT/PPTX. No animations or sound.
  • Font & Layout: Use a clear template. Recommended body text size: 26–32 pt for readability; concise bullet pointsβ€”avoid large paragraphs.
  • Content flow: Title β†’ Outline β†’ Introduction β†’ Aim/Objectives β†’ Methods β†’ Results (charts/tables) β†’ Discussion β†’ Conclusion β†’ Acknowledgements.
  • Technical: Embed all figures; ensure high-resolution images and labelled charts. Final PPT will be uploaded to the organisers' preview room (do not plan to use your own laptop).

B. Poster / E-Poster (Key points)

  • Physical poster size (recommended): approx. 90 cm (W) Γ— 120 cm (H) or 1 m Γ— 1 m (portrait preferred). Mount before your session starts.
  • E-Poster (digital): Single-slide PPT or PDF sized to screen (16:9 / 1920Γ—1080 px). Single-slide submission only; no embedded video/animations unless explicitly allowed.
  • Text & readability: Sans-serif fonts (Arial or similar). Body text β‰₯ 11–18 pt; headings β‰₯ 30–72 pt. Ensure text is legible from ~1.5–2 m distance.
  • Design: Use 2–3 contrasting colours, clear margins, and at least one summary figure. Prioritise visuals over dense text; keep the layout clean with adequate white space.
  • On-site etiquette: Be present at your poster during the designated poster session(s). Prepare a 2–5 minute elevator pitch and be ready for discussion.

C. General instructions

  • All presenters must be registered delegates of the conference. Certificates issued only to presenting authors.
  • Bring a USB backup and keep a PDF copy of your presentation/poster.
  • Judges' decisions on timing and evaluation are final. Stay within allocated time to avoid penalties.
  • If your category requires both E-Poster and physical poster, please prepare both formats as instructed.
