Rules of Abstract for Paper and Poster Presentation

The free Paper and Poster session of the conference will be held on 9th and 10th November 2024 at Hassan Institute of Medical Sciences, Hassan.
Post Graduates and Consultants are welcome to present Papers/Posters on the above topics at the conference.
Each registered delegate shall present only one Paper and one Poster.
Consultants are expected to present only their original work.
The abstract shall not exceed more than 300 words.
Abstracts will be reviewed by the abstract review committee.
Case series (more than 3 cases) and original articles will be papers.
Clearly state the full name, mobile number, Email ID, and Name of the Institution while submitting the abstract, along with conference registration details.
Abstract for Poster: Title, Introduction, case study, conclusions.
Abstract for Paper: Title, aim, methods, results, and conclusions.
Registration is compulsory for all presenters (PGs and faculty).
Last date for abstract submission is 21st October 2024.

Paper presentation is for 5 minutes with 2 minutes for discussion, totaling 7 minutes.
Poster presentation is for 4 minutes with 2 minutes for discussion, totaling 6 minutes.
The presentation will be judged on subject content, clarity, slides layout including appropriate use of graphs, charts, and images, review of literature, and discussion.
Exceeding time limit will fetch negative marking.
The decision of the judges is final.
All contestants selected shall receive a participation certificate.
Prizes will be announced at the valedictory function of the conference.
For Paper, the presentation is in PPT, not exceeding 10 slides.
For Poster presentation, it should be in single slide in landscape format and should be self-explanatory with appropriate images.
